Whats Needed...93 to OBD1???

But I think you mean about swapping the 93 ECM (removable chip) to the 94+ PCM (Flash prom) right?
If that is the case you will need the 94+ wiring harness, MAF, PCM and maybe a few other small things. I dont know why you would even consider such a expensive and time consuming swap only to gain 0HP difference from the 93's Speed Density setup. If you compare a properly tuned Speed Density setup vs a MAF setup they would yeild the same HP. Under reallly extreme cases the SD setup will yeild more HP cause the MAF will restrict the amount of air that can be consumed, but I doubt this is your problem.
