PCMforless OBD1 conversion

Hey fellas, I am about to get my OBD2 car programmed to a OBD1 PCM. PCMforless says it will give another 5-7 HP. I am hoping to get about 15 RWHP out of the PCM program, (I have the regular bot-ons and little stuff like that, with some gearing).
Also I already got a answer from this question on another forum but I am going to ask you guys too.
With the OBD1 PCM in my OBd2 car will I need to get 02 sensors if I get rid of my cats or add a y-pipe and headers. OR will I still need to get 02 sensors.
I would thank I wouldn't have to get any since the OBd1 cars didn't but I am just wanting to make sure. don't want to spend $80 on something I don't need.

I assume you mean O2 simms instead of O2 sensors. If you get the conversion pcm, it will just ignore the 2 rear O2 sensors. So you would be fine. All you have to do is swap in the OBD1 conversion pcm and thats it. Nothing else will need to be changed.
