AF in closed loop, although some say only in speed density mode, others dont agree, so who knows.
I know in my attempts at playing with them my BLMs did not change, so I went open loop for that and other reasons.

intresting because i thought that to change the a/f in closed loop you were supposed to change the "% To Change A/F Ratio VS. RPM at WOT" ive changed that table and it made my blms go back to normal when i adjusted it! Just wondering?

WOT is Wide Open Throttle, how often do you daily drive at WOT? At WOT you are not in a learn mode, so there are no AF adjustments based on O2 feedback, so while your BLMs can be split at WOT that would be due to low RPM feedback affecting it before you go WOT.
Adjusting WOT AF will not affect other MAP ranges, which is a big part of your programming, WOT tuning comes last.
