Tuning out a MAF sensor with tuner cats

the reason I want to do this is because I am outflowing it and believe that I would gain if I could tune it out is this possible with tuner cats or am I going to have to go to Accel DFI or F.A.S.T.
I have a LT1 383 with 13.1 comp., 252/264 duration at .050 and 494/509 lift (it is a stocker type cam)
any help is appreciated and thanks in advance

Bob,

You can learn a lot about Speed density over at the thirdgen.org website. You pretty much have to adjust your VE tables a little at a time to pull your BLMs to around 128. You can run vemaster to help in doing this, but it will still take some time.
