Question Swapping from 93 to 94 PCM in a custom setup.....

I have a 1969 RS/SS Pro Touring Camaro and I currently have a 1993 LT1 w/ LT4 Hotcam, RR's, ported heads, headers, etc.... and it also has a 1993 4L60 w/ a TransGo Shift kit.

My question is this:

I have all the parts to swap this over to a more laptop tuning and driveability friendly 1994 PCM / MAF sequential fire setup.....BUT, what about the tranny??!??

What issues will I need to address with the tranny? The .bin file in TunerCat shows only two TC tables for the '93 setup and 10 tables for the '94 setup?!?

Any guesses as to what TC tables I'll need to emulate in the $EE .bin vs the DA3 .bin?!?

Any help appreciated!

It would be easiest if you got a used 94/95 F body wire harness. Then reflash your PCM with a 94/95 F body A4 bin which I can give you if you wish. Then everything would just plug in and work fine. If you have any questions feel free to post or email.

Question I have....

.......the harness and everything else to do the swap.

I just wondered what TC tables in the $EE file would need to emulate the TC tables in the $DA3 file?

Well the TCC tables used probably 99% of the time is Normal mode apply and release.... so you'll want to modify those. Now whether the TCC signal is compatible between these two years, I'm not sure, although my guess would be that it is.

c'mon now the 93's aren't all that bad. Take a look at the link below. Just released this month...

but I guess you've already got what you need to go with the 94.
