so ive got another problem

wondered how come with ewp and a madz28 tune car will idle and get up to a little voer half so im looking and pasenger cooling fan never cxomes on...(wtf) so i remove fan #3 relay and fan 1 turns off so i remove fan #1 and it turns off again...so both are working fine...remove fan #2 and nothign happens, take it apart and inside its melted and wont pop on...so i took the air pump relay and stuck it in the cooling fan #2 spot turn around for 5 seconds and woring by the red block on fenderwell is smoking bad! **** killed the car and let it cool for a minute no problems with it besides look melting...

i know wiring pretty well but im assuming its grounded out between the red box and the fuse box?(doesnt make sense its all inside wire loom) or between the fuse box and fan....
btw the fan did come on...what should i do? unplug the fan and see if the wire still metls(ruling out fan) jump the relay hot with a 12v wire? ect ect
btw its a 95 which diagram on shbox site am i looking at?
