Set WOT shifts on a 4L60E?

I have a 1997 Camaro LT1 with a 4L60, how can I set WOT shifts?Car has - worked trans manual shifts 1st thru 3rd automatic shifts D and OD, 2500 converter, also heads, cam and rear. It pulls strong up to 6000/6200 but won't shift until 6800 (factory tach). I want to set WOT shift's at 6000.I've been thinking about installing a TORQUHEAD LS PCM and Coil Conversion Kit. But, the car runs good as it is and if I can make the trans shift, for now I would be happy and it would save me a LOT of money.
Thanks
George

The gear change if large enough, can cause no shift at WOT. Scroll way down in this tuning guide, for “Shift Points”. The guy that wrote the tuning guide also does mail order tuning. Not sure how good his trans tuning is.... haven’t seen a lot of feedback one way or the other.

There's also a guy named Moe who hangs out on lt1tech.com that is supposed to be real good with LT1 tunes. His business is Moe Horsepower, and his advert on lt1tech.com should have his contact info.
