The Keyspan does. In theory anyway. In fact, I only started using my Keyspan again when my PCMCIA serial adapter stopped working. I went to Keyspan's site and found they had released a new set of drivers that were also Vista compatible (I am currently running XP). So I downloaded them, installed them and life has been good. On XP anyway.
