possible burnt wire? (not plug wires)

i have noticed after my header install that i have a rough idle. i have changed from TR55 plugs to bosch plats and from taylor wires to MSDs...still no luck.

ok now what i am noticing...i have a scanmaster and at idle i can watch my O2 mVs and they move from 0-900 on the left bank but on the right they only move from 300-500 i already changed that O2 and it did nothing for me. i decided to move my O2 bung back behind the collector thinking it would get a better reading...nope.

anybody have a clue on this one! i thought i checked the O2 wires out real well for any burnt ones but found nothing...should i keep looking??

i have NO hesitations btw...just a bad idle and my tach stays in place.
