P1416 - AIR System Bank 2.... I am not sure what this is, can someone explain? thanks

 

According to my shop manual P1416 is setting coz the AIR system is inoperative as voltage from HO2S sensor on that bank is too high (222mv+) in closed loop operation.As far as curing it I would change the sensor first as this is the cheapest option, If this fails you need to take it to someone with OBD equipment to investigate.

thats weird. the bank1 o2 came back slow responce at the same time as this code. but whats even more weird is that all the emission stuff has been removed and deleted for over a year.. whats up w/that?
