Post P0300 code flashing even after being disabled!?!?

I sent off to Brian at pcmforless to get a better tune than the ed wright tune I got. The first pcm I got from him flashed a P0300 random misfire code(the ses light just flashes and stores freeze frame data) and will not lock the converter at speed, it also disconnects my autotap program from the pcm, so everytime the ses flashes autotap has to reconnect. I talked to Brian and he said he would disable the P0300 code for me. He sent me a different pcm this time, just in case it was the pcm, and I still have the exact same problems. Has anyone had any experience like this, or every had a problem with this that knows how to help? It runs a lot stronger, so I wanna make this programming work.

TIA
Jon

Jon, my 96 OBDII PCM would also throw the P0300 code after I disabled it with an old version of LT1 Edit. The new version of Edit added a "T-side" and an "E-side" to toggle to "off" to turn this code off. The old version did not have this. I am sure you have the same problem, ie. only one side is turned off and this is why the code keeps setting.

Kenny
