Optimal Timing advance on an LT1?

was tuning my car today and got it set at 45 degrees advanced.
Tried it at 40 degrees with -2 retard then bumped it up to 45 degrees 0 retard and it liked it better. But i havent tried 43-44 degrees or 46-47 degrees.

This is on pump fuel 93 octane and always will be.
Cam is a XE 230/236 112 LSA with street ported lloyd elliot heads max lift @ .550 is 255cfms with larger valves. Stock bottom end

Anyone give me some tuning advice, and some knowledge on where to set the timing and what determines it.

Air/fuel looks alittle rich but need a wide band O2 before messing with it.
