Open Loop AFR vs Coolant Temp vs Map

When exactly is this table used, does the ECM only use THIS TABLE when in Open Loop mode?Like for example, if you were running speed density mode and were running a full open loop tune, would you use this table to tune everything? Does the ECM not use any other tables such as VE, or PE tables when the car is in Open Loop?

This table only tells the PCM what the calculated AFR should be for that RPM vs. Coolant temp vs. MAP reading and it has no way of knowing if its calculations are correct because there are no O2 sensors. It uses the injector constant, the VE tables, and probably at least a couple other modifiers before it uses this table to determine how much fuel to use.

Ahhh so it does use other tables then. I was once told that if you were in Open Loop that the ECM ONLY USES THIS TABLE, which I thought was incorrect but could never verify otherwise. Thanks for the input.
