OBD II port is dead

Hi,
I am willing to buy a 2000 SS , everything is OK, but when I pluged my Actron Scan Tool to OBD II port the tool did not powered up. Anybody knows anything about it? I know i was supposed to check pins 4 and 16 for power... there is no power on 4,16. Do you know where the circuit might be disconnected? Wireing diagaram, anyone? On some other cars (not Camaros) there is a connector wich carries the power for the OBD port. Anything like that here?

Any help is very much appreciated,

ALEX

Check the CIG/ACCY fuse for an open - also powers the DLC port.

Just feeds the cigarette lighter and DLC. See if the lighter is working, if not check the fuse in the main block inside the car.
