No Start Problem - Have data log

I have spark and I have fuel, but the motor will not fire. I pulled a spark plug and could smell fuel. I then left the wire off and turned it over and saw spark.

I can crank the car over for a minute and it wont fire off. It will get fuel and then "jump" a couple hundred rpm, but not start.

All I can guess is that the timing or the fuel injector pulse width is off? What is timing supposed to be set at for startup?

I can email the log to anyone for any ideas from the brief log of me cranking the car over.

Car Mods - 383 with vortec T Trim, Crane ignition, 50ish lb injectors, 224-230 cam. Car started fine prior to adding the wideband and boost gauges which I assume are unrelated to the problem.
