no fuel pressure

Had my pcm tuned by Bryan at pcmforless and now I have no fuel pressure. Before tuning car ran ok and no problems w/ fuel pressure. When I tried to write program to pcm it locked up and I had to have it sent off for repair.

I talked to Bryan and he said that the pcm for has nothing to do w/ fuel pressure other than turning on the relay for the pump. I can hear the pump come on. I get fuel pressure built up to about 40psi when I turn the key to run, but I don't start it. As soon as I start the car it runs for about a minute and fuel pressure immediately drops to 0psi and the car dies.

I have a stock pump w/ inline boost pump. Procharger blower and basically stock motor.
