hey everyone i need some help please!!! i have a 94 camaro z28 mods include.

lt4 hotcam
1.6 RR's
chromoly pushrods
stronger springs [dont know what kind]
3 angle valve job
stock injectors
k&n cold air intake


so i just bought this shortblock because i spun a bearing on the old one. so i cleaned the heads up and swapped the heads and cam into the new shortblock fired it up and all went well.. heat cycled the car then changed the oil then went for a test drive and noticed that at low throttle input and low load it stutters a bit... really and throttle under 1/4 throttle and it stutters..over 1/4 throttle and its totally fine i did a data log and made it stutter driving around a parking lot so i wanted to see if anyone can see anything that is off... i did the log with eehack.. thanks in advanced people i appreciate it!!!! ill post the log with this post
