LT1 Hot cam fuel & Spark tables

I just got done with the EFI Connection opti delete upgrade (works great BTW) and I threw a hot cam and 1.6RR in since I had it apart. Now I am looking for spark and fuel tables in excel (or some sort of format I can open) that I can copy and paste into the EFI live program. I don't have LT1 edit or anything other than EFI live....that's why I need them in another format. Anyone have anything????

Thanks in advance,
Chris

I take it you have a LS1 PCM and need to transfer the tables for a hotcam setup. I'm not so sure you can transfer the tables directly(from LT1 PCM to LS1 PCM). Table formats are different(resolution, units, etc.....VE units seem to be vastly different...). Does EFI Connection have a base tune they can give you to start with?

I have done the same conversion. I found that most of the parameters from the 02 GMC Savana van have been what I used. My VE is extensively modified.

You are correct that I have a LS1 PCM. EFI connection did give me a base tune (stock LT1 tune) and a tune for their setup with a hot cam. The only difference with my setup vs. their setup is the intake manifold (theirs is a ramject).

I agree that the format is different between LT1 edit and EFI live, but I was looking to see if anyone could open a LT1 edit hot cam file and copy and paste into MS excel so I could paste tables into EFI live. It does look like maybe LT1 edit uses KPA in their spark tables vs EFI live uses oz/cyliner but I think I can convert.

I am using a innovate LC-1 wideband to do some logging and their autoVE feature, just looking for more data. You can never have too much data!

So, if anyone can open LT1 edit with a hot cam tune (I even have a tune in that format) and copy and paste spark and/or VE tables into excel...that would be awesome.

Thanks for the replies!

Chris

i didnt know that an LS1 PCM could be used for a LT1. that would be cool for me because id like a program to start tuning, but it sucks that couldnt use the same software to tune my LS6 CTS-V as well as my camaro...

where can i get some more info on this???

thanks,
Jeremy

The site is in my sig. You could use HP tuners or EFI Live on both your camaro and your CTS-V
