LT1 396 tune help

I'am going to tune my LT1 OBD1 with tunerpro. I bought a cable from AKMcables.
The engine will get in soon and i want to know what to do first in the tune before i drive it.

Setup
- LT1 396ci
- 6.000 Eagle ESP 3-D H beam connecting rods
- Diamond pistons 9.0:1 with 65cc chamber head
- Splayed caps
- O-ring block
- Custom solid roller cam 252/262 - 630lift 114Lsa
- Lunati vertical bar sollid roller lifters
- Melling M55HV
- Cloyes double roller 9-3145
- Ati Super damper with ATI supercharger Hub
- AFR 210cc LT4 Competition Package Assembly with 65cc chamber
- Procharger P-1SC system
- LT4 Edelbrock Intake
- 58MM TB
- 95lb Delphi injector low impedance
- Versafueler

Now i need your advise, What would you do in the tune
I'am tottaly beginner in tunning, do i have to diable the knock senor because of false knock ?
Please share your opinion!

Thanks

Re: LT1 396 tune help

You have to disable the knock sensor because of the noise from the solid roller cam. Been there, done that.
