Locked Programming?

Recently had my computer reprogrammed by Ed Wright and all seems well so far...haven't been able to dyno tune it since the trans isn't making the 2-3 shift at WOT. I need to try a few things, like lowering my shift points. I was told by someone else that he "locks his programming". Is this just the air/fuel tuning stuff or everything? i.e. can I still purchase LT1 edit and go in and modify everything else or ?

Re: Locked Programming?

You can still program it with your own tune, his tune is locked against being modified but you can write a new tune into the PCM and keep this Ed_wright tune to put back in for future.

Or you can crack the **** I've beena blet o crack one of his tunes and it was easy, dunno if its harder now days.
