How to upload Programming

I have had PCMforless programming for a while. I just have Bryanb email the new program and then upload it into my PCM. My problem is, I have not reprogrammed my car for so long that I erased the FLSHprog and Progblks from my computer. Now I have the programs still and the new program for some changes I just did but forgot how to use it all. I know I have to do it from DOS but cannot remember where to copy the FLSHprog, Progblks, and new program to. Also once I get them copied to my PC, how do I get it from my PC to PCM? I know this is pretty basic but I need help. Thanks,

Kyle

put the flshprog. flshread. and new file on a disk.

then all you do is type in flshread. in DOS command prompt to get the old file and so you know your cable works fine.

next type in flshprog. and find your .uni or .lt1 file from the list it gives you and just select that and continue as usual.
