Looks identical to the Delco/Bose system, shown on page 121 of the 1993 Camaro Owner's Manual.

I still didn't find the correct version.
There is a way to know if it had CD or cassette player from factory ?
If the radio was from Bose, should I have the Bose logo on speaker grills ?

The option codes in the glove box will tell you what it came with. Will be one of the Uxx codes.
