depends on where you want that 1 degree. there is a table called main spark advance vs rpm vs map(0-4000 rpm) and an extended spark advance table directly below that which deals with 4000-7000 rpm. all you do is highlight the rpm and map that corrisponds with the area you want to increase and either type in the value you want or hit the (+) button a couple times for a full degree advance.

i hear people saying "add 1 deg of timing across the board" because of the 160 deg tstat. So i just add 2 to every value on both tables?

I wouldnt waste my time with 1 degree of timing.... you will never notice a difference but if you are still going ahead with it then just highlight the entire table and hit your (+) button a couple of times. Do that to both tables.
