MAP at idle and off idle

I have always noticed that my MAP at idle(950rpm-Park) is around 50-60kpa. The lightest bit of throttle and the MAP drops down to the 20's and then increases as rpm increases. Btw, IAC and TPS voltage about 30 and .65 at idle

Anyway, my question is why is it high at idle? Is it from the cam overlap? or is it indicative of some problems, etc. Ltrim around 120-126. Both are unsually never more than about 5 apart.

I am having the same type issue where my MAP reads 63 kPa in gear and 50 kPa in Park. The only thing I havent tried yet is to readjust my valves.

Thanks for the replies. I never thought of that. I may just go buy a leak down tester. It should help determine if I have some of the valves too tight/open. I hate a clacking valve train and may have them down too much.
