high maf readings

for some reason to get my 94 to run i have to almost double my maf tables to get enough fuel to run the car. i have the injector constant set correctly and have changed nothing else. i have tried several combinations but i always go end up jacking the maf tables to almost 2x the stock values to get the blms close to 128.
i am running a

383 lt4 heads
10 psi blower
longtubes
1:6 rr
36 lb inj.

i have tried the stock program and it won't even start. i have new o2's and every other sensor including a new maf. i am not worried with the fine tuning at this point , i just cant figure what the deal is . i dont have any obvious vac leaks . while running with the raised tables my o2s will stay with in the alotted range , the only other thing that i notice odd is that one bank will have a difference in inj pw. by about 3.0 one bank will idle at 10.3 ms and the right will idle at 7.5. if anyone has any input please share. i am not in any hurry . thank you for any input.

if you need any info i forgot let me know..

I would imagine your VE tables need to be increased alot aswell. This will add fuel. Also adjusting your timing would help it run better. Also if you are using 36 lb bosch or SVO injectors you need to adjust your injector voltage offset because they operate slower than the stock injectors. failure to change these would result in too little fuel

VE tables have a direct effect on operation in closed loop. I dont know why people say they dont because they most certainly do.

Anychance you have any links to back that up?. i'm not trying to be a pain i'm simply curious becuase i'm under the understanding ve's are used in limp, open loop, o2 coded, or maf failures.
