free tuning software

i was wondering if there is any free tuning software out there, my buddy got turbo edit for his honda for free off pgmfi.org, there is also uber data and "chrome" and a few more for honda's, he had to socket his ecu and put an eprom in it and now he can tune it for free, the software he has let's him change every thing that a tuner would change, and he got pre made bin files as a base. just wondering if there is anything like this for an obd 1 94 camaro. thanks in advance

To my knowledge FREESCAN is a scan tool only, you cannot tune with it.
