EPROM type for socketing OBDI LT1 PCMs?

Can anyone give me the part/serial # for the EPROM people are using to socket the OBDI PCMs?

Karl at Xtronics tells me that as long as the EPROM is supported, that I could use two Romutators on a socketed LT1 PCM in order to real-time tune with RT Tuner.

So, I need to find out what EPROM is used when socketing!

Thanks!

They are Intel AN28F512 flash chips.

So what chips are used when they are socketed? Or am I misunderstanding it?

Is there a way to socket it with two EPROM chips?

Nope....

The flash chips hold the memory on the PCM. I don't know that you could live edit the values as the PCM only loads these values during boot as far as I understand.

Lt1 PCMs have holes that connect to the flash chip that 2 row header can be soldered to. Craig Moates is working on a way to connect this to his chip emulator so you can tune in real time.
