I just got my cable and was making the flash file using the read only version of PCMREAD. It worked the first time but i figured i'll make another. Well the computer lost connections with the car somehow, it wont reconnect and the car wont start! Someone please help!

If you were just reading, not writing, disconnect the battery for a few minutes, then reconnect and it should start. This happened to me once. As long as you are reading and not writing everything should be fine.
