DFI and Delteq?

Does anyone know if a Gen 7 DFI set up is compatible with a Delteq set up? Does anyone run this set up?

Thanks.

Re: DFI and Delteq?

It should be, as long as you have the LT1 specific DFI which is designed to use the optical signal from the Optispark.

I don't know for sure, but, if you are giong to spend money on a delteq, why not just witch to a dual sync distributor and ditch the opti all together?

I will be switching to an Accel Dual Sync distributor as soon as money allows.
This question is just out of curiosity.

Re: DFI and Delteq?

They delteq will not effect the operation of DFI in any way. This because the delteq does not alter the signals that the opti generates.
