Change Knock Sensor with OBD2 -> OBDI Conversion?

Do I need to change to a 94-95 knock sensor with the OBDII to OBDI conversion?

Yes... OBD-II KS is in the range of 100Kohm, OBD-I is 4.4Kohms. They are not compatible.
