Can't install on Windows 10

Tried to install on Windows 10 laptop. Keep getting the error message

Windows Cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

Install what? You will have to provide a lot more detail about what you are trying to do.

The previous two posts are in your Scan9495 thread. In April 2014 he said it was working fine on his Roadmaster. In March 2015 he asked about installing the drivers. Maybe now he has updated to Windows 10? No signature, no info.
