Can these Actron scanners read realtime for retard?

Can these Actron scanners read realtime for retard?
Can both the Actron CP9180 OBDII AutoScanner Plus and Actron CP9180 OBDII AutoScanner Plus read realtime data so I can know if my car is retarding? This is for a OBDII 96 z28. Thanks for any help.

Looks like a new model, according to the Actron website (which does not even list a "plus"). There's a download of the user manual available - did you check that?
