I have a 94 Z28 that the computer is messed up on. While i was making some changes via tuner-cat my laptop came unpluged and froze my computer.

So my question is there someone that can flash a new program into it in the state that its in? Or would i be better off to buy one from a local salvage yard which is $50?

I would say salvage yard. I think www.pcmforless.com guy can do it but it will wind up taking awhile (shipping time alone) and costing over $50 with shipping.
