BLM Locker. Where to download?

I'm looking for the OBD1 BLM locker program. This link is no longer working:

http://carprogrammer.com/WOT_BLM_Locker/

Can anyone post a link or email it to me? rtr350@yahoo.com

TIA,
Ryan

So how does the BLM locker work? with 240* intake duration, my BLM's are pegged at 160 at idle. If someone can please post some instructions for me on how to run the WOT BLM Locker, it would be VERY much appreciated!

Re: BLM Locker. Where to download?

Nick: You just simply open the BLM locker program and run your .lt1 file through it. After that, you need to set your TPS%/PE Mode to 0% at idle.
