BLM Locker

Hey guys, curious about the BLM locker patch and how to get it to work properly. I downloaded the .ZIP file and installed it. Is that all that is required or is there something I have to do in Tuner Cat to get it to function properly? I didn't notice any new cal tables or constants.

You have to run the tune file you're using through the locker program and it will modify it so that they go to 128 when you enter pe mode no matter what they are before that.

It has nothing to do with tuner cat at all it is not an add on.

Gotcha. Some of the posts were misleading. I must be having an install issue then as I cannot find the program once it installs. I'll have to investigate. Thanks.

It just unzips to a folder there is no actual install. Its just an exe file that will change a couple of hex values in a tune file. Maybe you could try a search for blm after you unzip it to find its location.

Where did you get the patch? I have not seen or heard of it.

You don't have to do any of that if you use Tunercat. Just ask TC for the EEL definition file so that Tunercat will lock the WOT BLMs of which ever file you save with that defintion file. Then if you don't want them to lock, use the regular EE file.

Will they provide that free of charge if you've already paid for the EE file, or do they want to collect again?

Its free but you have to be real specific or they just send you the EE. They always screw up on my updates and make me ask them twice for it, but they always send it the second time.
