Bad dyno numbers, need to scan?

Hey guys, i just got my car dynoed today and the numbers were terrible for what i have done. You can check out my mod list here: http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/496159
For what i have done, i should easily be making at least 450hp at the rear wheels. But instead it read that i had 311rwhp. Im not sure whats wrong so i want to get a scanner or somthing that could tell me the problem. I have heard of stuff that works if you hook up a laptop or whatever. I donno anything about it. Can somone point me in the right direction?

First, you will not make 450+rwhp with your mods, but 311 is low. If you have the ability to get it scanned, you may find some issues to work out. You need to get it dyno tuned as well. There could be a lot more hp in the tune.

With your mods, a more realistic number would be 380-390 RWHP. If you have a scan of your graph we'll be able to tell you more about what may be wrong.

A/F started at about 12.3 at about 2800rpm then slowly rose to about 13.5 at 6000rpm. Ill scan in the graph soon if i can. Guy thought it could be timing or tuning or a number of things, just need to be recommended a good scanner and or tunner. I got pcm for less tune. Let me know guys

I saw you have Comp Rs. What did you set the lash at? It seems that many people recently have installed Comp Rs and set the last as far as 1 turn past 0 lash, the best settings for those lifters seems to be between 0-1/8 turn. If you set the lash to tight you could be hanging the valves open once the lifters pump up.
