96 Fbody PCM work in 96 Vette?

I'm selling my 96 PCM with LT1 Edit software and a guy with a 96 Vette is wanting to buy it. Will it work in his car?

Both vehicles should have PCM p/n 16214399 however I would verify that prior to the swap. I believe LT1 edit is locked to a VIN number (I do not use LT1 Edit). If you can load load the Corvette code into the Z28 PCM and not change the VIN. Sounds like you would be good to go.

LT1Edit is locked to that PCM. It will not allow you to change the VIN, so it must go with the PCM.
I use LT1Edit (unfortunately) but I am not sure of the differences in the actual program code between a Vette and an F-body.
