There is not a specific "LT4" knock sensor. You might mean knock module, but that would have no bearing on this situation. You either need an OBD-I or II knock sensor to mate with whatever PCM you are using (taking into account if there are any conversion modifications-like soldered resistors in the PCM, itself).
