96 camaro rs to 360 is it legal in iowa
I have a 96 camaro rs with no engine or tranny and I have a 350 from a truck is it legal in iowa to put the 350 in my 96 camaro. I also would like to know if I can make it carburated and do away with the computer except for the gages.
