11.45 volts ok for MAF to work properly?

11.45 volts ok for MAF to work properly?
I did a test because i had a MAF circuit failure code, the pink wire shows 11.45 volts with the key on, the battery showed 12.05 volts at the same time. I do have an electric water pump that probably is drawing some current. Is the MAF going to be able to do its job right with that voltage?
