Source for new control arm

I am looking for a source for a new lower driver side control arm for a 71. Not looking for anything special just OEM style. I found one for 125 but that seemed a little steep.

TIA,
Kirk

national parts depot, and year one should both have them so I would look there first.

I always assumed that the 70 - 81 all had the the same chassis parts. Did you try a GM dealer? I have been amazed at what is still available. There are also a lot of Camaro junk yards like Camaro Heaven.

GM Dealer - Discontinued

Can any varify that 71 and up are the same? They are listed differently but that doesn't mean much.

Would the 71 use the same ones as a 71 Nova? This might open up some options on your search.

75 up Nova (& clones like Apollo, Omega) is the interchange. Have same subchassis as 2nd gen, 74 down have same subchassis as 1st gen. If you see a Nova at the junkyard and it has the steering box in front of x member like 2nd gens, that's a parts car for you. I've used Nova arms on 2nd gens, no problem.

I put in my 73 Camaro a 76 Firebird subchassis and lower control arm.
To put the subchassis I only needed to modified two holes to the rear bushings, rest of subchassis is identical.
