How much fluid for a 2 speed powerglide

Like the subject says, How much tranny fluid does a 2 speed powerglide take.

With or without a fresh (dry) torque converter? And what size converter?

I think the pan only holds about 3.5 Qt, if memory serves. I haven't had one of these in a while

I'm not sure the size of the converter. The tranny is in an 81 Camaro, that my brother just got. He's had some problems with it occasionally not going into reverse. He did have to drain the tranny due to it having a little condensation in the fluid. We weren't sure how much fluid it takes. Thanks for the help.
