yes sir i do When i get a chance ill post em on net and link ya. The way i am led to believe you are just supposed to weld it over the existing firewall... Its just like a cover and it would stick out like an 2/8ths of an inch.. I trimmed off 2 of the hammer edges it had, cut the firewall out to match and welded it in though.

If I misunderstood directions or not im not sure , but it looks nice now. I also cut a piece out of the orginal firewall to match the blower motor hole, and its all painted black to match now. Ill put picks up by monday.

Heres some pictures
1st one is after the panel was welded in, and the welds were mostly grinded down.. its a little blurry though.

2nd is same angle, but after being primmed and painted as well as being caulked on the firewall seam.

3rd another angle...

now its not perfect the existing firewall was a little warped, and the smooth part is not 100% perfect but it looks so much better than when a a/c hole was just sitting there.
