I have to correct my previous post. The Muncie was not used after 1974. The close ratio 4-speeds after 1974 to 1979 were Borg-Warner T-10's with the 2.64 first gear.

M21 is the designation for close-ratio. In earlier years it was the Muncie, in later years the Borg-Warner.

the correct answer is none of them. only good looking ones are 1st gens and late model 4th gens

yeah I own a 69. So I see your point.

Owning a 99 TA has nothing to do with my opinion on 4th gen z's.
That's why I have the TA and not a Z. Besides it's just an opinion, ya don't gotta get your panties in a bunch over it.

No, "none" is not correct. The question was not asking which Gen was the best looking, but which year of 2nd-Gen. Fine if you don't like 'em, but lots of us do...........so leave your non-constructive opinions at the door thanks. Since I like pretty much all generations of Camaros (3rd-Gen the least), I wouldn't respond with "none" to the question of which 3rd-Gen I liked best.

BTW: my panties aren't in a bunch, I'm just making a point.
