5spd in a 2nd gen ?

Hey guys I just bought a new clutch about 2 months ago and now I think I need an extra gear on the free way is there a five speed that is compatable with my fine spline clutch that will put me some where in the 2500 to 3500 rpm range at hwy speeds also i'm starting my build up of my 388 and I know im going to have to swap out the flywheel and was wondering if my clutch will bolt to a 400 flywheel. It's an 11" centerforce dual friction. thanks for any info you can give me

I have a TKO and love it. 0.68 5th gear. Bolts in using your existing bellhousing and uses a 26 spline input shaft.
