The 383's coming along. Got my rotating assembly last night.

Well, thanks for all the help answering the questions I had with this engine I'm building up.

I got my block back from the machine shop last week, all the work was done excellent. It's an early 70's 4-bolt 350 block. I had it tanked, tested, bored .030" over, decked, notched for a stroker crank and rods, the mains freshened up, and had new cam bearings and freeze plugs installed.

Last night I picked up my Eagle 3.75" stroke cast steel crank, Eagle i-beam rods, Speed Pro coated 4.030" 10.5:1 pistons, moly rings, new rod and crank bearings, and ARP main cap bolts.

I'm waiting on my SFI balancer and flywheel to come in, which should be Friday, and then I'm taking the whole assembly down to get balanced. I should have the short block together sometime next week, so I'll get some pics.
