FS: 1998 Grand Prix GTP 140k $1500 obo

Sadly it's about time I sold my GTP... She's been a reliable friend on many adventures, but I wanted a DD with a warranty so I purchased an ATS in December and aside from driving her on weekends from time to time she's just going to waste here so she needs a new home.

So the rundown:
140,404mi
Black Outside, Beige Leather
Power Drivers Seat
HUD, DIC, 8 speaker sound etc.

Mods:
K&N FIPK
GMPP Sways/Strut Bar (front only)
GMPP Catback Exhaust
ZZP Stainless 2.5" Catted and Flanged downpipe
LS1 Fbody front brakes
Projector headlights
Projector fogs (not hooked up)
Smoked LED tails

Things replaced:
Front & Rear Struts & Springs (Monroe Quickstruts, was my DD so nothing fancy) Summer 2011
Timken front hubs Summer 2011
Transmission Rebuild January 2011
All 4 Window motors (aftermarket ebay suckers FYI)

Bad:
Heated driver's seat doesnt work (big shocker).
There's rust on the trunk lid under the spoiler
There's a small crack in the dash (see pic)
The check engine light is on for the rear o2 thanks to the downpipe. That's easily fixed though. That's holding up the inspection. I will resolve this issue with the new owner.
Also thanks to the winter and not driving it or garaging it (the ATS takes that spot), I believe there's a crack in one of the front rotors.
The CD player sucks so I installed an aux input port and that works great(see pic).
Ive put three auto-dim mirrors in the car and they all die. I hate them things.
Two tires are in great shape, two aren't(see pics).

Two Accidents (one in 2008, no physical damage or claim against the car, just a scuff on the bumper. The tinfoil VW took a big hit though). Second accident was Feb of 2012 that banged up the car a bit. Car was declared totaled, but does not have a salvage title as I kept possession.

The good:
She runs and drives great. Still pretty fast and great mpg, a bit loud for my tastes now, but overall she's been reliable. I know she needs cosmetic work (pics below) but she is what she is. Stereo sounds good, A/C blows cold, it "works" for commuting, but I can't give her the attention to clean and wash her every other weekend anymore. Also? I think the leather is in pretty good shape for its age.

If she was in good shape she'd be worth a bit more and I have no delusions that she's worth like four grand or something silly. KBB says fair value is $2300 and I think that's optimistic with the remaining body flaws - I'd like $1500 but I'll let you guys have first dibs before I put it on ebay - I'd rather it go to a forum member than anyone else.

I'm willing to deliver her if need be depending on distance and sale price. If you want it delivered I will have the check engine light and brake rotors replaced (and that'll be negotiated in to delivery) She's registered and insured with plates and open for drives. I'm willing to negotiate a new inspection and fixing the o2 - but I know some people would rather do that themselves which is why I haven't done it already.

Make an offer. I'll let her sit here for two weeks but if nobody wants it I'll ebay it.
