wiring for camaro

I have a 2000 camaro and just installed a new deh-pioneer 6700mp radio and it sounds great i couldnt be happier. I do have a quick quesiton. When i installed the radio there were a couple wires that i wasnt sure what they were for so i didnt do anything with them but ive noticed that my fog lights and my lights for my dash arent working. I was woundering if anyone knew which color wires are for my fog lights and dash lighting just to save me the time tomorrow when i go out and do the trial and error thing. If anyone could help that would be great. If not, ill figure it out one way or another tomorrow.

Re: wiring for camaro

sounds like you may have popped the fuse for the illumination and/or dimmer. I'd check the fuses under dash and hood. If you replace it and it pops again more than likely you either wired the deck to the wrong wires (if you didnt use a harness) or you illumination wire is touching something metal.
