Wiper issue

So here's my problemi have a 1984 camaro and I can't get the wipers to work. I tested the ends of the plugs and found that they had power. I took the motor out and wiredit directly tothe battery justtofind that it also appears to be in working condition. I load tested the plugs and all seems to be alright on that end. Which left me to think that there is a ground issue so I wired the motor to a direct ground and yet the wipers still don't work. Any one have any ideas or sugestions this leaves me completly baffeled. ( Hope I poasted this in the right area)

Re: Wiper issue

May be the motor has died. That would expain how all the wiring shows correct but the wipers still do not work.

It's a PITA to change it at I'd suggest some Mechanix type gloves.

Yeah I am also thinking about that may be the motor burned. I think you should try with new motor. It happen sometime when we are just washing the car and the water goes to the motor from any way. This is cause of the burning the motor. Have you visit any garage for solution of your car's wipers?
