Question swapping BOSE headunit only

hey guys

I read up on this board & ls1.com & on this site as well on swapping the factory BOSE (not Monsoon) head unit.

To anyone who's swapped their BOSE headunit? I'm a bit unclear on if I have to use the PAC OEM-1 adapter or if I should use a wiring harness like: Metra wiring harness #70-1858 Will antenna adpater #40GM10 work also?

Thanks, I wasn't able to find BOSE ('93-'96) specific information. I have the stock 10-spkr BOSE system in my TA.

Thanks, Brian

i used one on a caddy. the only thing is you had to adjust the speaker levels so the volume from each matched all the way around it sound ok, but you could still tell that some speakers were slightly louder then others.

hmm, I see... yea, I heard you have to match the volume dials according to instructions.

I noticed the PAC-OEM1 adapter has 4 channels. I have a 10 speaker bose system. Will this work?
